#perique processing day #21. Tobacco is definitely getting darker and staying to smell a lil swampy/compost-ish. I’m wishing now that I had used a container with a larger footprint so I wasn’t folding the leaves as much as it would shorten the time it takes to unpack, unfold and repack 50-some tobacco leaves. Takes me just over an hour.
At this point, though, I only have to touch it a couple more times in the next few months.
